Sharing on My Art Journey

I had the opportunity to share about my prophetic art Journey in church in late June 2024. I usually prefer to do art rather than talk about it. But talking about it helped me to think about what this means to me, and commit it down in writing. My art journey started when I was young. Having gone to the School of Creative arts for 2 years in my young adulthood. As I journeyed into parenthood, most artistic ventures took a long hiatus. It was only in 2018, while the church I was attending started using flags that I explored making my own flags that people started asking to buy my flags, that I started exploring making them. This led to my starting of Passion Flag and picking up painting again. This was when I discovered the legacy left in my life. My grandfather was a tailor and I could sew from a very young age. The times I spent building my career in various industries came into use. And lifelong interest in dance, arts and music came into play. My husband said it well, l was shaped for this. God waste no experiences in our lives. Life takes us on a journey. I choose to walk it and have fun along the way! Blessings!
