When I think about the Lord’s prayer, where His Kingdom comes onto earth, I’m reminded of Revelation where it describes New Jerusalem descending on earth. This flag colours are inspired by the 12 precious stones that are inlaid into the city walls. Interestingly, these 12 gemstones are anisotropic gemstones, when light is passed through them, they disperse light to produce brilliant rainbow effects.Let our lives be like that of the anisotropic gemstones, as the Light of Christ is passed through us, let us reflect it like beautiful colours of the rainbow, bringing His Kingdom on earth, enriching society, bringing Christ into our culture.
