Shipping Policy
Currency conversion on payment, Payment gateway
Do check on product page whether your order is for a pair (2 pieces) or a single flag.

1. Overseas orders
​
We ship internationally. At checkout, if your country is listed in the shipping list, it means I can ship to you. If it's not listed, please contact us to check.
​
We are shipping via Fedex International Priority courier for all overseas orders. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your products to be crafted and another 1-2 weeks for shipping.
If your country is experiencing lockdown due to Covid19, the delivery times may be affected.
​
Custom duties and taxes (if applicable) will be paid by customer upon shipment arriving in your country.
For Australia and New Zealand, the current shipping prices quoted included and out of area surcharge as charged by Fedex, please message me your postal code and City for me to check if this surcharge is applicable to your address.

2. Singapore orders
​
Singapore based buyers can choose either delivery or self collect option. Contact June at +6597372793 to arrange for pick up.
Free delivery for Singapore orders over S$150 paid via paynow or internet banking.

Free delivery for Singapore orders over S$300 paid via credit cards.
This website allows display in various currencies for your ease.

My base currency is Singapore Dollars (S$)
During shopping cart payment, the order is processed in S$ (and not the currency you picked to display in).

We accept credit cards via stripe or paypal. Stripe or Paypal will convert it to your home currency so that it will show up in your credit card statement in your home currency.
At the time of writing, 1 USD is approximately 1.34 SGD
1 EUR is approximately 1.58 SGD.

Qn: Why am I not charging in USD?
Because if I switch my currency to USD, it will translate to higher service charges by the payment gateway providers, as well as double currency conversions for you who may not be using USD as your home currency. This translates to higher cost passed on to you. I would rather charge in my home currency, minimizing additional bank charges and currency conversion costs to you. I hope the currency display feature will be of good use to you. It will display the prices and delivery charges in a currency you are familiar with. The currency feature is found on the top right hand corner beside the cart icon. If you want your currency to be displayed, contact me.

Return & Exchange Policy
Each pair of praise and worship flags and banners are handcrafted with utmost care to ensure quality.
As these are handcrafted, what is displayed on the sample picture will be different from what you eventually receive as each pair will be unique. Color may also differ slightly due to color rendering differences in computer monitors and phones.
Once it is shipped, there is no return or refund.
